Please read the following terms and conditions ('Agreement') carefully as any purchase of products will be subject to these terms and conditions. They set out the agreement between Moesolo (referred to in this Agreement as "we", "us" or "our") and you ('You' means the person, persons or company viewing this website or placing an order on the website). At no point are your statutory rights affected.

We will not disclose information about our customers to third parties except where it is part of providing a service to you - e.g. arranging for a product to be sent to you, carrying out credit and other security checks and for the purposes of customer research and profiling or where we have your express permission to do so.
We will not sell your name, address, e-mail address, credit card information or personal information to any third party without your permission.
We may occasionally use your information to send you updates and special offers via. e-mail. You will be able to unsubscribe from receiving any promotional e-mails from our website by clicking on the "unsubscribe" link in any email communications which we might send you.

How to order
Orders can be made through our website or by writing to info@moesolo.com.
To order through our online store, please take the following steps:
- Add products to your shopping bag by clicking Add to Cart next to the product you selected.
- You can edit, add and delete products from your cart at any time by clicking Shopping cart - Cart.
- When completing an order, you are able to choose and save your addresses and payment methods. Shipping charges are displayed before you finish an order and can be checked at any time in your shopping cart.
- By clicking the Finish order button the order is placed. You will receive an order confirmation to your e-mail address.
- Invoice is received with the products.
Payment
We accept payment by debit or credit card and PayPal only. Payment will be debited from your account at the time of or shortly before dispatch of the Product to You.
You confirm that the credit/debit card that is being used is yours. All credit/debit card holders are subject to validation checks and authorization by the card issuer. Fraudulent use of credit cards will be reported to the relevant authorities. If the issuer of your card refuses to authorize payment we will not accept your order and we will not be responsible for any delay or non-delivery and we are not obliged to inform you of the reason for the refusal.
We are not responsible for your card issuer or bank charging you as a result of our processing of your credit/debit card payment in accordance with your order.
Delivery & Returns
We not deliver worldwide. Delivery time: 10 days in Europe, 7days in Norway. Your postage is calculated based on weight automatically at checkout and in the shopping cart for your reference. Shipping charges do not include your local duties and taxes that apply for shipments outside European Union. Please check with your local authorities regarding import limitations and duties payable upon receipt. We are not responsible for any loss or extra charges due to duty procedures.
Buyers have a right to cancel your order within 14 working days, beginning the day after the day on which You receive the product, and to receive a full refund, even if the product is not defective. This right is subject to certain conditions and exceptions below.
Before returning the goods, notify us by sending an e-mail to info@moesolo.com within 15 days of receipt of your order. All goods returned must not be damaged. You will be responsible for the cost of returning the product to us, unless it is faulty, incorrect or misrepresented.
Please return the Product in suitable packaging to ensure it reaches us in good condition.
We will refund the purchase price and original delivery charge of any goods returned no later than 30 days from the day when you give us notice of cancellation.
Please note that if you fail to take reasonable care of returned products, or fail to return the product to us, we will be entitled to make a claim against you for any losses which we suffer.
